Terms of Service

Effective date: September 22, 2026

These Terms of Service govern the use of the internal application Centro de control ads (the "Application") and the advertising management services provided by Emmanuel Gatica ("I", "me") to clients ("you").

1. The Application

The Application is an internal tool I use to manage advertising and analytics accounts on Google and Meta that clients have authorized me to access. It is not sold or made available to the public. Only accounts whose owners have explicitly granted me access are managed through it.

2. Authorization

By granting me access to your Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console or Meta accounts, you confirm that you have the authority to do so and you authorize me to view and manage those accounts to provide the services we agree on. You can revoke this access at any time.

3. Changes to campaigns and budgets

I make changes to campaigns, ads, keywords, budgets and tracking only within the scope agreed with you. Changes that affect your advertising spend are reviewed by me before they are applied.

4. Advertising costs and results

Advertising spend is billed to you directly by Google or Meta under your own payment methods. I do not guarantee any specific results, rankings, costs or returns, since performance depends on many factors outside my control, including the platforms' own systems.

5. Platform policies

All work is subject to the terms and advertising policies of Google and Meta. You are responsible for the products, services and claims you advertise, and for having the rights to any content you provide.

6. Privacy

Information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses caused by platform outages, policy decisions, account suspensions or changes made by Google or Meta.

8. Termination

Either party may end the service relationship at any time. When it ends, I will remove my access to your accounts as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
