Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Emmanuel Gatica ("I", "me") collects, uses, stores and protects information when providing advertising management services and when using the internal application Centro de control ads (the "Application"). I am based in British Columbia, Canada.

1. Who the Application is for

The Application is an internal tool used only by me to manage the accounts of clients who have hired me and have explicitly granted me access to their advertising and analytics accounts. It is not offered to the general public.

2. Information I access

With the authorization of the account owner, the Application may access:

• Google Ads: account structure, campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, budgets, performance metrics and keyword planning data.
• Google Analytics 4: property configuration, conversion events and aggregated reporting data.
• Google Tag Manager: containers, tags, triggers and variables.
• Google Search Console: search performance data (queries, clicks, impressions) and site configuration.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram): ad accounts, campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives, audiences, pixels/datasets, catalogs and performance metrics.
• Basic account information of the authenticated user (name and email address) required to sign in through Google or Meta.

The Application works with account-level and aggregated advertising data. It does not intentionally collect personal information about my clients' end customers.

3. How I use the information

Information is used only to provide the services my clients have requested:

• Reporting on and analyzing advertising and website performance.
• Creating, auditing and modifying campaigns, ads, keywords and budgets.
• Researching keywords and planning campaigns.
• Setting up and maintaining conversion tracking and analytics.

I do not sell, rent or trade any of this information, and I do not use it for advertising purposes of my own or to build profiles of individuals.

4. Google user data

The Application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide or improve the user-facing features described in this policy, and is not transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide those features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with the user's consent.

5. Service providers

To operate the Application, data may be processed by the following service providers, only for the purposes described above:

• Google and Meta, as the platforms that host the accounts being managed.
• Anthropic (Claude), an AI assistant I use to help analyze performance data and prepare campaign changes. All changes that affect a client's budget or live campaigns are reviewed and approved by me before they are applied.

6. Storage and security

Access credentials are handled through the official sign-in (OAuth) processes of Google and Meta. I do not ask for or store my clients' passwords. Access tokens and configuration files are stored only on my own devices, and I take reasonable measures to protect them against unauthorized access.

7. Data retention

I keep information only for as long as needed to provide the services. When a client relationship ends, I remove my access to the client's accounts and delete any reports or exports I hold about that client within 30 days, unless the client asks me to keep them or the law requires otherwise.

8. Your choices and rights

• You can revoke the Application's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• You can remove my access to your Meta assets at any time from your Meta Business settings (Partners or People).
• You can ask me to access, correct or delete information I hold about you by emailing me at the address below.

I handle personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy law, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

9. Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
